Charred Raab Pizza with Chimichurri

Ingredients:
🍕@grandcentralbakery pizza dough
(why make it when theirs is best 🤷🏻‍♀️)
🍕marinara
🍕shredded mozzarella
🍕Raab of your choice (we used kale
 Raab from @gatheringtogetherfarm)
🍕shallots (thinly sliced)
🍕olive oil/salt/pepper
🍕 2-3 T of Mom’s Green Chimichurri
How we do it:
👩🏼‍🍳toss Raab and shallots with oil/salt/pepper and roast at 450 for 5-10 min until crisp
👩🏼‍🍳Roll out dough on floured pan
👩🏼‍🍳spoon marinara over dough
👩🏼‍🍳bake sauced dough at 450 for 10min
👩🏼‍🍳take out baked dough add cheese and crispy Raab
👩🏼‍🍳drizzle Chimichurri over pizza and bake another 5 minutes
I love the nutty charred Raab paired with the bright and herby chimichurri. So good!!!
