Chimichurri Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
🥚 6 eggs
🥚 6 eggs
🥄 2-3 T mayo
🥄 2 T Mom’s Green or Spicy Red Chimichurri
🧂 salt to taste
🥄 2 T Mom’s Green or Spicy Red Chimichurri
🧂 salt to taste
Preparation:
🐣 Boil eggs 12-14 min
🐣 Immediately put them in an ice bath
🐣 Peel, slice in half and combine yolks, mayo, chimi and salt in a bowl until it is the consistency you like.
🐣 add yolk mixture to a pastry bag or small Ziploc bag with corner cut off and squeeze into 🥚
