Tofu Tacos

Additions

avocado, pickled onions, corn, sour cream, cheese 

To assemble the tacos 

1. Cube your drained and dried tofu 

2. Heat a couple of tablespoons of oil in a frying pan until it starts to shimmer slightly. 

3. Drop in your cubes of Tofu and fry, turning frequently, until browned and crisp on all sides. 

4. Drain on paper towel. 

5. Heat your frying pan and warm your tortillas until they puff up. No oil needed. 

6. Then, start building your tacos and top with Spicy Red Chimichurri!
